  I love Tropical Smoothie because they have great flat bread sandwiches, and their smoothies are the best! I feel like I can be healthy with their no sugar added option, or a low calorie sweetener substitute. They're friendly and fun. I go with my friends all the time. Everything tastes great, it's a nice cool temp inside, and the employees are helpful and warm. They also accept Flames Cash, a big plus. :)

  This tiny little gem in the heart of Lynchburg was a fantastic place to eat. The atmosphere was homey and the server seemed genuinely happy to be there. However, she did become flustered as a rush of about 10-15 people came through the door. Sadly they were a bit understaffed to handle the drive through orders and the dining room. With a few more servers and people working on the food line, thugs may have gone smoother. (:
